Individual aluminum or acrylic letters, lit or non-lit, mounted to a solid base. A cleaner, more architectural look for offices and medical buildings.
A header panel for the property name with replaceable tenant panels below. Built so a property manager can swap one tenant without replacing the sign.
Two faces set perpendicular to the road so drivers see the sign from both directions. The standard layout for most street-front locations.
Routed aluminum faces with acrylic letters pushed through, so only the letters and logo glow at night.
Monument structures finished with stucco, stone veneer or paint to match the building and landscaping.
The part of a monument sign you never see is what keeps it standing. A monument is a heavy structure that has to resist wind, so it sits on a reinforced concrete footing with steel supports set into it. Footing size depends on the sign's size, local code and, for larger signs, structural engineering.
Before we dig, we check a few things:
Getting these right up front prevents the problems we see on older signs: leaning cabinets, cracked bases, rust stains and lighting that keeps tripping the breaker.
The face is what people read, and the two main options look and work differently.
Cabinet faces are lit from inside an aluminum box. The face can be flat polycarbonate with vinyl or printed graphics, or routed aluminum with push-through acrylic letters. Cabinets are practical for:
Dimensional letters are individual letters mounted to the face of the base. They can be front-lit, halo-lit or left unlit. This option suits offices, medical buildings and properties that want a clean, architectural look.
Many monuments combine both, such as dimensional letters for the property name with a cabinet section of tenant panels below. Your free 3D mockup shows each option on your actual site, so you can compare them side by side before you decide.
Property managers, developers and contractors call us for monument signs on new builds, center renovations and rebrands across Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles counties. We handle the full job, so you deal with one company.
For multi-tenant signs, we build tenant panels to a consistent size so future changes are simple. When a tenant moves out, we can make and install a new panel without touching the structure. Call 951-552-0709 to start with a free mockup of your property.
A monument sits at driver eye level, so people find your entrance before they pass it.
When your building sits back from the road or is hidden by other buildings, a monument puts your name at the curb.
Panel and cabinet designs let you update names or logos without rebuilding the structure.
Bases and finishes can match the stucco, stone and colors of your building.
Every quote is itemized, so you can see exactly where the money goes before you commit.

Approve the proof. We take care of city permits and landlord approval while fabrication is scheduled.

Monument signs vary in price more than most signs because so much depends on the site. Size, single or double-sided, lighting, base materials, the footing and the electrical run all affect the total. We send an itemized quote within 24 hours so you can see where the money goes and adjust options.
Permits usually take the longest. Monuments typically need a permit with footing details, and lit signs need electrical review. Once approvals are in, we fabricate and install, and we give you a schedule based on your city and site.
Yes, in nearly every Southern California city. Cities regulate monument height, sign area, setbacks from the street and lighting. We prepare the drawings and handle the submittal for you.
Yes. If the structure and cabinet are in good shape, new faces or tenant panels are often all you need. We measure the existing openings and build panels to fit, which costs much less than a new sign.
Yes, if your city allows it and power can reach the sign. We use LED modules inside the cabinet or letters, controlled by a timer or photocell. If there is no power at the sign location, we plan the trench from the building as part of the job.
We build with aluminum, steel supports set in concrete and outdoor-rated paints and faces, so a properly footed sign is made to handle heat and Santa Ana winds. Sprinkler overspray causes the stains and rust we see on many older signs, so we recommend adjusting nearby heads. Basic care is an occasional rinse and a quick check of the lights.
That is common. Send a photo of your current sign, a business card or a sketch, and our designer will rebuild it as a clean file for the mockup and fabrication. You review it in the 3D mockup before anything is built.
